If there's any problem with your order β wrong item, damage, delay β please contact us at support@nailsglowandgo.com before opening a dispute with your bank. We resolve most issues within 24 hours with a replacement or refund.
All orders are shipped with tracking and delivery confirmation. In the event of a chargeback, we provide full transaction records, tracking data, and correspondence to the payment processor. Fraudulent chargebacks are contested and may be reported.
