Welcome to Glow & Go. This website (nailsglowandgo.com) and all related services are operated by Glow & Go and its operating companies ("Glow & Go", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you ("you", "the customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

1. Eligibility & Use of the Website

1.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase from us. 1.2 You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use of the website by, any third party. 1.3 We may suspend or terminate your access to the website at any time, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms.

2. Products & Product Information

2.1 We make every effort to display our products accurately, including colors, designs, sizes and descriptions. Because of differences in screens, lighting and manufacturing batches, slight variations may occur and do not constitute a defect. 2.2 Press-on nail designs are handmade or semi-handmade; minor differences between sets are normal. 2.3 All products are intended for external cosmetic use only. Always read and follow the included usage and safety instructions. Perform a patch test before first use if you have sensitive skin or known allergies. We are not responsible for reactions caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions. 2.4 Product availability, prices and promotions are subject to change without notice.

3. Orders, Acceptance & Fulfillment

3.1 By placing an order you confirm that all information you provide (name, shipping address, email, phone, payment details) is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you. 3.2 Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. Our order confirmation email constitutes acceptance, at which point a binding contract is formed. 3.3 Every order is final once placed. Upon confirmation, your order is immediately and automatically transmitted to our fulfillment system for processing. For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled, changed, combined or modified after they are placed — this includes changes to items, quantities, designs, discounts or the shipping address. Please review your cart and address carefully before completing checkout. 3.4 We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse, limit or cancel any order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized or unverifiable payment, pricing or listing errors, stock unavailability, or orders that appear to be placed by resellers or automated means. If we cancel an order, any amount already charged will be refunded to the original payment method. 3.5 Refusing to accept delivery of a parcel, failing to collect a parcel from a pick-up point, or providing a non-deliverable address does not constitute a cancellation or return. Such parcels are not returned to us and are not eligible for a refund or reshipment.

4. Pricing, Payment & Promotions

4.1 All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated and include applicable sales tax only where indicated at checkout. Import duties, customs fees and local taxes charged by your country are the customer's responsibility unless the shipping method explicitly states "duties included". 4.2 Full payment is required at the time of purchase. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing a payment method you represent that you are authorized to use it. 4.3 Discount codes, bundle offers and promotional prices are valid only for the period and conditions stated, cannot be combined unless expressly permitted, and cannot be applied retroactively to orders already placed. 4.4 Free gifts, bonus items and promotional products have no cash value, are non-returnable and non-refundable. 4.5 We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, even after an order is placed. If a price was clearly erroneous, we will contact you and offer to complete the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 We ship worldwide from our international fulfillment centers. Our US address is a correspondence address only and is not a shipping origin or returns address. 5.2 Processing and delivery times shown on our website and in our Shipping Policy are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, strikes or other events outside our control do not entitle you to a cancellation, refund or compensation. 5.3 A parcel is considered delivered when the carrier's tracking shows a "Delivered" status. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the parcel, please check with household members, neighbors, your building's mail room and your local carrier office first. Claims for parcels marked as delivered are handled at our discretion and may be resolved with a replacement; refunds are not issued for parcels confirmed as delivered. 5.4 Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. 5.5 If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refused delivery or failure to collect, reshipment (where possible) is at the customer's expense.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

6.1 Our full Return & Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. In summary: 6.2 No cancellations. As described in Section 3, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. 6.3 Returns of unopened products only. Because our products are cosmetic and hygiene items (nail gels, base coats, removers, press-on nails), we can only accept returns of products that are unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging. Opened or used products, press-on sets with opened packaging, free gifts and digital products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances. 6.4 14-day window. Return requests must be submitted to support@nailsglowandgo.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number. Returns must be approved in writing before shipping; unapproved returns cannot be processed or refunded. The return address is provided only upon approval. 6.5 Return shipping. Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of approval using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Original shipping costs and shipping protection fees are non-refundable. 6.6 Refund processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Items that arrive opened, used, damaged, incomplete or without approval will not be refunded and will not be returned to the customer. 6.7 Damaged, defective or incorrect items. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs AND a video showing the product and its packaging. Claims submitted without photo and video evidence, or after 14 days, cannot be accepted. Approved claims are resolved with a free replacement of the affected item. Replacements are our standard and preferred remedy; refunds for damaged or defective items are issued only at our discretion. 6.8 Partial deliveries. If an item is missing from your parcel, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos of the parcel contents and packaging. Confirmed missing items are reshipped free of charge. 6.9 EU & UK consumers. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. This right does not apply to sealed cosmetic and hygiene products that have been unsealed after delivery (Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU and the equivalent UK regulations). Withdrawn items must be returned unused and unopened at your expense; refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.

7. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

7.1 If you experience any issue with your order, you agree to contact us at support@nailsglowandgo.com first and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve it. We resolve every legitimate claim. 7.2 Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for an order that has been shipped or delivered, or without first contacting us, is a breach of these Terms. We will contest such disputes with full records, including order details, tracking and delivery confirmation, correspondence and your recorded agreement to these Terms at checkout. 7.3 We reserve the right to refuse future orders from customers who file unjustified chargebacks.

8. Consent at Checkout

8.1 Completing checkout requires you to confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms (and, by incorporation, our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy). This confirmation, including its date and time, is recorded together with your order and may be used as evidence of your agreement.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on this website and on our social media channels — including but not limited to the Glow & Go name, logo and branding, product names and designs, packaging, photographs, videos, illustrations, text, graphics, marketing materials and website design — is the exclusive property of Glow & Go and its operating companies or its licensors, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws worldwide. 9.2 You may not copy, reproduce, download, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, resell, or otherwise use any of our content, branding or product imagery for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission. This includes use of our photos or videos on other online stores, marketplaces, advertisements or social media accounts. 9.3 We actively monitor for infringement. Unauthorized use will result in takedown requests to the relevant platforms and may result in legal action, including claims for damages and legal costs, under applicable law. 9.4 Any user-generated content you share with us or tag us in (reviews, photos, videos) may be used by Glow & Go for marketing purposes, with credit where appropriate, unless you ask us in writing to remove it.

10. Accounts, Reviews & User Conduct

10.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. 10.2 Reviews and comments must be honest, based on genuine experience, and free of offensive, defamatory or unlawful content. We may remove content that violates these Terms.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

11.1 Our products and website are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by applicable consumer law. 11.2 Results from cosmetic products vary between individuals. We do not guarantee any specific wear time, adhesion or result, which depends on nail preparation, application, lifestyle and individual nail condition.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glow & Go shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the website or products. 12.2 Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. 12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory consumer rights.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glow & Go, its operating companies, officers, employees and partners from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our products or website, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

14. Third-Party Services & Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, apps or services (payment providers, carriers, tracking pages, social media). We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

15. Privacy

Your use of our website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version in force at the time you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operating company processing your order, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Any dispute shall first be addressed to support@nailsglowandgo.com with a view to an amicable resolution. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

18. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These Terms, together with the policies incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and Glow & Go regarding your use of the website and your purchases.
