30-Day Money-Back Guarantee We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this window by contacting us first at support@nailsglowandgo.com with your order number and reason for return.

How Returns Work Do not send items back without contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be processed. Once your return is approved, ship the item back to us at your own expense using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Refund Conditions Once we receive the package and confirm it is in its original, unused, and undamaged condition, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Items that are opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted. We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances other than those described above.
