Refund policy
We want you to love your Glow & Go experience. Please read this policy carefully before ordering — by placing an order you agree to it.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it is immediately and automatically transmitted to our fulfillment system for processing. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed or modified after they are placed. Please double-check your items and shipping address before completing checkout.
Refusing delivery of a shipped parcel does not qualify as a cancellation or return and is not eligible for a refund.
Returns
Due to the cosmetic and hygienic nature of our products (nail gels, base coats, removers, press-on nails), we can only accept returns of products that are unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery by contacting support@nailsglowandgo.com with your order number.
- Do not send items back without prior written approval — unapproved returns cannot be processed or refunded.
- Once approved, items must be shipped within 14 days using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Our fulfillment center is located outside the United States; the return address is provided only upon approval. Our US address is a correspondence address only and is not a returns address.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Items that arrive opened, used, damaged or incomplete will not be refunded.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number, clear photos AND a video of the product and packaging. Claims without photo and video evidence cannot be accepted. Approved claims are resolved with a free replacement. This is our priority and our promise.

- Opened or used cosmetic products (gel, base coat, remover)
- Press-on nail sets with opened packaging
- Free gifts and promotional items
- Digital products
EU & UK Customers — Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery. This right does not apply to sealed cosmetic and hygiene products that have been unsealed after delivery (Art. 16(e) Directive 2011/83/EU and equivalent UK law). Withdrawn items must be returned unused and unopened at the customer's expense; the refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the goods.
Late or Missing Refunds
Refunds can take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank. If it has not arrived after this time, please contact your bank first, then our support.
