Returns & Refunds (EU & UK Customers)

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

To start a return, email us at support@nailsglowandgo.com and we'll provide the return address and instructions.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products (gels, base coats, removers) and nail sets that have been unsealed cannot be returned.
• Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
• Refunds are issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods at our fulfillment center and confirm their condition.

We always recommend contacting us first — in most cases we can resolve any issue with a replacement much faster than a return.
