How it works
Do Glow & Go press-on nails damage your natural nails?
No. Glow & Go is built so the enhancement never touches your natural nail. You apply one thin layer of Peel-Off Base Coat first, then bond the tip with Solid Tip Gel. The gel cures to the base coat film, not to your nail. When you remove the set, the film peels off and your nail underneath stays untouched. No acetone, no soaking, no filing, no prying.
What is the Glow & Go nail system?
A four-part system for salon-quality press-on nails at home: HEMA & TPO free Solid Tip Gel (the UV adhesive), Peel-Off Base Coat (the protection layer), acetone-free Nail Gel Remover and a dual-wave UV/LED lamp. The Full Nail Kit includes all four plus three press-on nail sets of your choice.
How long do Glow & Go press-on nails last?
With Solid Tip Gel and our application method, a set holds for up to 2–4 weeks. The hold depends on prep: a clean, degreased nail, a roughened tip surface and no air bubbles under the tip. Jelly Tabs (no lamp) hold for 2–4 days and are meant for one-night looks.
What is Solid Tip Gel and how is it different from nail glue?
Solid Tip Gel is a UV-cured gel adhesive. Unlike liquid nail glue it does not run, does not flood your cuticles and lets you reposition the tip before curing. It cures in 2 minutes per nail under a UV/LED lamp and gives a salon-strong, flexible hold. It is HEMA free and TPO free.
What does the Peel-Off Base Coat do?
It is the protection layer. One very thin coat on your clean, dry nail cures in 20 seconds and forms a flexible film. The Solid Tip Gel bonds to that film instead of your nail plate. At removal the whole film peels off in one piece, which is why Glow & Go removal is damage-free.
Safety
Is Glow & Go HEMA free? Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Solid Tip Gel and Peel-Off Base Coat are HEMA free and TPO free. HEMA (2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) is the ingredient behind most gel-nail allergies. If you have developed a reaction to salon gel, HEMA is the usual cause, and Glow & Go contains none. Like all UV gel products ours contain acrylate ingredients, so people with a known acrylate sensitivity should not use them. Do a patch test first if you have sensitive skin.
Is the remover acetone free?
Yes. The Nail Gel Remover is acetone free and alcohol free and enriched with Vitamin E. It loosens the bond at the edges of the tip so you can lift it off gently without soaking or filing.
Application
How do I apply Glow & Go press-on nails?
One finger at a time: wipe the nail with an alcohol pad, push cuticles back, pick the tip that fits, file the inside of the tip so it is rough, apply a very thin layer of Peel-Off Base Coat and cure 20 seconds, add a pea-sized drop of Solid Tip Gel inside the tip, press it on from cuticle to free edge, wipe any gel from your skin, hold with light pressure under the lamp for 30 seconds, then cure 2 minutes total. Why are my press-on nails falling off?
The number one cause is air bubbles under the tip. With air trapped underneath, the gel does not cure the way it should. Other causes: a greasy or unprepared nail, a smooth tip that was not roughened inside, curing a whole hand at once instead of one finger, or a lamp weaker than 48W. Press from cuticle to free edge, check the tip from above before curing and hold it for the first 30 seconds.
Can I use my own UV lamp?
Yes, if it is a UV/LED lamp of at least 48W. Solid Tip Gel needs 2 minutes per nail, so run a 60-second timer twice for every finger. Weaker or older lamps may not cure the gel fully.
Can I use Solid Tip Gel with black, chrome or very dark press-on nails?
No. UV light cannot pass through black tips and chrome tips reflect it, so the gel will not cure. For those designs use Jelly Tabs (warm them first) or a gentle nail glue, always with Peel-Off Base Coat underneath so the glue never touches your natural nail.
Will the sizes fit me? Can I file the tips?
Every set includes multiple sizes to fit most nail beds. Pick the closest size for each finger and file the sides to fit. You can also file and shape the tips shorter after application.
Can I use Glow & Go Solid Tip Gel with press-on nails from other brands?
Yes. Solid Tip Gel works with most press-on tips as long as you roughen the inside of the tip and the tip is light enough for UV light to pass through.
Removal
How do I remove Glow & Go press-on nails?
Apply Nail Gel Remover around the edge of the tip, wait a moment for it to loosen, then lift gently. If it does not move or hurts, slide the remover nozzle under the tip, add a little more, wait, and go gradually. Never rip or force a tip off. With the Peel-Off Base Coat underneath, the film peels off and your natural nail stays untouched.
Can I reuse the press-on nails?
Yes. Remove them gently with the remover, clean off leftover gel, roughen the inside again and re-apply with the Glow & Go system.

Do you offer free shipping? Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Shipping is free on orders over $49 and we ship worldwide. Customs fees may apply in some countries outside the US and EU.
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days. Unopened items in their original sealed packaging can be returned for a refund. For hygiene reasons opened or used nail products cannot be returned. If your item arrived damaged, wrong or missing, email support@nailsglowandgo.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo and we will fix it.
